After 7 to 8 hours of sleep, you can start exercising by waiting a certain amount of time.

If the body's energy level reaches normal, then you will start exercising. In the morning, after a long period of sleep, exercise can keep you afloat all day.

During the day:

The best time to exercise is in the afternoon. For those who have heavy exercise plans, choose one of the day time. After lunch, walk lightly without sitting. You can start exercising at least two hours after taking lunch. Never exercise before. It is best to schedule according to your body condition. If you have a two-hour exercise schedule or desire to do it every day, then, of course, you will spend the rest of the day, due to heavy exercise, many parts of the body stretch. It takes a long time for them to be relaxed. So you can choose any time of day.
